UP a pound and a half! . . . Damn!
Yesterday was Super Bowl Sunday, which means Super Bowl Party, which means plenty of food and drink and a very good time. Well, you can't suffer every day. So, I enjoyed the party and the food and ONE Margarita drink.

I will remain anonymous but will join you in your journey to fitness and weight loss. Shelves and shelves of weight loss books at the Barnes and Noble but as you said....."burn off more than you take in...VOILA" Shocking, isn't it. Drink lots of water too!Don't be a slave to the scale....everyday weighing can be discouraging!
Thanks very much. I'm too cheap to go buying anything at B&N when there is so much available on the internet and there is a public library close by. I'm thinking of rereading a book called Eat to Win by Robert Haas. It helped me lose a lot of weight many years ago. I think it is time to revisit it.
I've fought the Battle of the Bulge since I was a kid. (Then more so after I had 2 kids!) I'm a lifetime member of WW. Bill, you know what to do. You just have to have the will to do it.
I 'm reading Affluenza : The All-Consuming Epidemic by John De Graaf.

hmmmm?
"Jellicle Cats come out to-night
Jellicle Cats come one come all:
The Jellicle Moon is shining bright –
Jellicles come to the Jellicle Ball."
-- also, T.S. Eliot !
(I'm not sure what that means, other than I can be such a smart ass sometimes.
